Founded in 2014, Valor Collegiate Academies is a network of free public charter schools in Nashville. We serve close to 1,900 students in grades 5-12 across our three schools: Valor Flagship (5-8), Valor Voyager (5-8), and Valor College Prep (9-12). Consistently ranked as one of the highest-performing schools in the state, Valor is focused on providing a transformative education that empowers all students to live inspired, purposeful lives.

Application Process

Families living in Davidson County with students entering 5th through 12th grades can apply and enroll at Valor. Through an online application and randomized lottery selection process, students are offered available seats at one of our three schools. Our application window for the 2026-2027 school year is now closed. All new applications received now will be added to our student waitlist.

Whether you are a prospective family, educator, or community member, attending a Family Tour is the best way to experience Valor! During your visit, you will have the opportunity to observe classes and scholar activities, listen to a brief presentation on the Valor model, and have Q&A time with a member of the Valor leadership team.
